01 / What we do
We are not a shop that does everything. We are a shop that does tooling, dimensional control and precision cutting, and machines whatever that tooling needs.

Die inserts, punches, dies, shims and hydroforming components. Hardened tool steel, wire-cut where a sharp inside corner is not negotiable.

Live-tool turning and 3- and 4-axis milling. One-off parts, critical spares and short runs where lead time is the whole point.

04
Wire erosion for geometry no end mill can reach: internal profiles with sharp corners, already-hardened inserts and fine fits with no distortion.

Our own plant in Puebla, marked floor and machines in the open. No renders: this is the shop your part comes out of.
Wire EDM · Open capacity
Wire EDM cuts already-hardened steel, leaves an effectively sharp inside corner and puts zero force on the part.
It is one of our most available processes right now, so a wire job gets in fast. And there is no minimum quantity: we cut from a single piece.
We have machine time open on these processes. Urgent work goes straight in, no queue.
02 / For US buyers
Most of our English-speaking customers are US- and German-owned plants operating inside Mexico. They buy locally, in pesos or dollars, with no customs step and no freight lead time. If that describes your operation in Puebla, Tlaxcala or the surrounding corridor, we are a same-week supplier.
We can quote in USD and we can ship to the United States, but we will be straight with you: our track record is with plants inside Mexico, not with cross-border programs. We would rather tell you that up front than discover a customs problem after your part is already machined.
So if your part ships to a US address, tell us the destination and the volume in your first message. We will coordinate the logistics with you explicitly and put the terms in writing before you commit — instead of quoting a landed cost we cannot yet defend.
Puebla is on US Central Time. That means same-business-day answers, not overnight lag, and a call at 9 a.m. your time reaches a person on the shop floor. Our engineering and quoting is handled in English and Spanish.
Low-volume, high-difficulty work: checking fixtures, hardened tooling components, spares with no drawing, and short-run precision parts. If you need millions of turned parts at the lowest possible piece price, we are not the right shop and we will say so on day one.
03 / How it works
PDF, DWG, STEP, or a photo of a paper drawing. If no model exists, we scan the part ourselves.
We check manufacturability, tolerances and material. If something does not close, you hear it before we quote — not after we machine.
Price, lead time and scope in writing. No moving numbers halfway through the job.
Every job carries a job number with material records and process evidence attached to it. You can ask for status by number, not by description.
Parts ship with their measurement report. Fixtures ship qualified against the master part.
05 / Questions
Within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving a complete file. If the drawing is incomplete or a tolerance cannot be held, we tell you the same day instead of leaving you waiting.
Both. A large share of our work is single parts: a broken insert, a spare the original supplier no longer makes, a new fixture. There is no minimum quantity.
Yes. We scan the part with structured light, rebuild the CAD model and quote from there. You get the model, not just the copied part.
Yes, we quote and invoice in USD or MXN. For parts shipping to a US address, tell us the destination in your first message so we can coordinate logistics explicitly rather than guessing at a landed cost.
