Service 03
Live-tool turning and 3- and 4-axis milling. Our strength is not volume — it is the difficult part somebody needs fast and properly measured.
Approach
A live-tool lathe lets us turn, mill and drill without taking the part out of the chuck. Every setup eliminated is a concentricity error that never happens and half an hour of setup you are not billed for.
For geometry that needs multiple faces, the fourth axis does the same job: index, machine, continue — no re-indicating.
That is what lets us deliver one-off parts and short runs on lead times you normally only see in volume production.
Live-tool turning and milling with travels up to 2.1 m.

Do not see your material? Ask. If we do not run it, we tell you immediately rather than taking the job and finding out later.
No. We machine from one piece. A large share of our work is unique spares and prototypes.
STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, STL, CATPart and PDF. If all you have is a paper drawing, send a photo — we will tell you whether it is enough to quote.
Yes, and they are included on dimensional-control parts. For everything else they can be added; it is stated in the quote.
Yes, and we have the capacity to sustain it. Just be clear about volume and frequency up front so we can reserve machine time and quote a production price rather than a one-off price.
Upload your drawing or 3D model and get a formal quote within 24–48 business hours. If anything is missing from the file, we tell you the same day instead of leaving you waiting.
