Material records
The material used on each part is documented. If a behavior question comes up later, the lot can be traced.

Dimensional verification
Measured against print or nominal model, whichever applies. Dimensional-control parts always ship with a report.

Scanning as evidence
On complex geometry, 3D scanning replaces point-by-point measurement and delivers a complete deviation map.

Fixture qualification
Checking fixtures are qualified against a master part or nominal model before they ship, and delivered with their baseline report.

Ownership of outside processes
Heat treatment happens off site, but the result is our responsibility. If hardness does not conform, we resolve it.
About certification, plainly
We do not have an IATF 16949 certificate on the wall today. We have a working system aligned to it and the certification process under way. We say it that way, without decoration, because a buyer who later discovers the badge was not real never quotes with you again.
What we can demonstrate today is what a quality engineer actually uses to decide: twenty years of history, six tier-1 suppliers who keep buying, dimensional reports on every delivery, and job-number traceability end to end.
If your supplier onboarding treats certification as a hard gate, tell us early and we will tell you exactly where we are in the process. If it asks for evidence of capability, we have it and can send it the same day.
Quality questions
Can you provide PPAP?
We can provide the dimensional elements of the package: measurement reports, material evidence and process records. Tell us the level and format your plant requires and we will confirm the scope before committing to it.
Is your measuring equipment calibrated?
Yes, with external calibration and certificates available on request. If your audit needs them, we send them.
Do you accept supplier audits at your plant?
Yes. Come see the shop, the process and the records. It is the fastest way to settle any question about our capability.
What happens if a part is out of specification?
It is corrected or replaced, and you are told before it reaches your plant. We do not ship questionable parts hoping they pass.
