Sheet metal cutting & bending

In-house shear and press brake for sheet work cut and folded to size, plus welding and fabrication to build the finished part. Another area where we currently have open capacity, so jobs get in fast.

Racks, fixture bases, structures and custom guarding

Most machine shops cut your part and stop there: if you need a base, a guard or a rack, you go find somebody else. Not here. We have shear, press brake, welding and machining under one roof, so the part leaves assembled instead of coordinated across three suppliers.

Sheet metal work

Straight cutting of sheet and plate to size, bending for covers, channels, angles and stiffeners, and material preparation for structures. If the job needs holes, slots or a faced surface, it moves to CNC without leaving the plant.

Fabrication, welding and structures

We build material-handling racks, fixture bases and tables, structures, machine guarding, stairs and platforms, and in-plant transport carts. We weld steel, stainless and aluminium in MIG and TIG.

When the part a rack will carry has a free-form surface, we scan the real part and machine the nest from that geometry instead of approximating it with folded sheet. That detail is what separates a rack built by a structures shop from one built by a tooling shop.

Why it matters that we also machine

A welded structure moves as it cools. If the part needs a flat surface or a hole in an exact position, we weld first and machine after on the machining centre. A shop that only welds cannot correct that, and ends up shimming.

From one piece

There is no minimum quantity. Customers often order a single rack prototype, run it on the line for a month and then release the full order. Send a drawing, a sketch or even a photo of what you need: if it is enough to quote, we tell you the same day.

Sheet metal questions

What thickness can you shear and bend?

Exact shear and press-brake capacity is listed on our capabilities page. Tell us thickness and length and we confirm it fits before quoting.

Do I need a drawing?

It helps but is not mandatory. A dimensioned sketch or a photo of the part you want replicated is usually enough to start. If a dimension is missing we ask the same day.

Do you build the complete part or only cut?

Both. We can deliver sheet cut and folded, or the structure fully assembled, welded and finished. You decide how far we take it.

Do you handle finishing or paint?

Yes, with industrial finish suited to the operating environment. Tell us if the part lives outdoors or sees chemicals.

Do you work stainless and aluminium?

Yes, along with carbon steel. We weld all three in MIG and TIG.

Send the print. We answer with a number.

Upload your drawing or 3D model and get a formal quote within 24–48 business hours. If anything is missing from the file, we tell you the same day instead of leaving you waiting.
